Woke up this morning and had my first taste of fall. It was coooollddddd!!!! I love this time of year though Justin hates it due to all the falling leaves... Which means more raking for him. Haha.

We have a busy weekend ahead of us, Carson has his 4th birthday party Sunday. I might have a slight meltdown. He is getting so big too fast and it's scary, I'll let you know how it goes, we are doing the bounce house again so wish for no rain!!!! Stay tuned

Tonight my mom and I decided to take Carson to go see lion king, I almost forgot how much I loved that movie. It was like watching it for the first time. Carson loved it, it was amazing to watch his reactions to the 3D. He made it all the way till the last 20 min or so of the movie... Here's an attempt of pictures... So funny... Two thumbs up!!!!

Carson had lots of fun at the fair this year the big difference??? He loved the rides!!!!! It was so amazing to see him so happy. Justin has been working the fair this year which means everyday from open to close. He got to see us and hang out for half hour then off to work he went. I also went with my girlfriend Cherise and Mia..We are going to go back during the week to hang with Justin more and let him see Carson ride the rides. I LOVE THE FAIR.. one of the great things about Justin being there is FREE SCONES!!!!!!!!! that's right free woohooo anyways here's a couple pictures...

I made a promise to myself that I would be better at updating our family blog. I just think I got caught up in the whole facebook thing that I forget we have family and friends that don't have fb. I don't even know where to begin so I'll start from now an move forward. Carson will be turning four come Oct. 2 and I must say I'm struggling with it lol. Seems like yesterday he was turning one!!! I was telling my co workers how scary time has been. Sunday I think geeeZz I don't want to work, then I blink and it's Friday again. It's weird for me to say but I want time to slow down. Carson has changes so much and everyday he amazes me. He has such a funny personality and is loved by everyone that meets him. He started school on the 12th and he loves it. Carson has been so blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people. I'll keep this updated as the year goes forward. Until next time good night.

Carson's 2nd Birthday Bash

So its official my little man is all grown up.. October 2 was his official birthday, and I must say for some reason it was a very emotional day. I did hold it together I must say!!!! On the 3rd of October we celebrated his birthday with friends and family.

We rented out a bounce house from this place called Patterson's which is up the street from our house. That morning I woke up to RAIN... I was so upset and bummed that there was a chance of Carson getting his bounce house. As the morning went on the rain settled and the sun came out!!! I was sooo happy I thought to myself "YES YES YES" It turned out to be a great day, Washington is so up and down when it come to weather so it was a toss of a coin.

Carson ended up having sooo much fun, there were times I just sat back and watched him and really appreciated him in that moment. I love him more than I have ever loved anyone, I live for him. I took alot of pictures but here are a few.. I know I know once again im late at this but hey Im doing it now!!!

Today we had people over to watch the seahawks game, Carson had all his friends come over to play. All day they ran around the house, played in Carson's room and chased each other outside. It is cute to see Carson interact with all his friends, I can really tell he enjoys the company. It is nice having friends with kids Carson's age.

Our New Home!!!!!

On August 19th, We finally got the keys to our new home!!!!! Actually the story is I went and stalked the house and found keys under the mat and thought "hey there mine anyways and took them" lol.. I could not help it.

Its taken some time but I can say we are officially moved in with some miscellaneous stuff still to put away. There isn't a better feeling then knowing something is all yours. I love everything about it and for our first house its perfect. The best part is Carson LOVES IT!!! I love watching him play and run and have a space all to his own. (his room is huge!!!) I cant wait to see what the next chapter in our life will take us.

Justin's 10 Year Reunion

Towards the end of August, Justin had his ten year reunion, it was crazy to see all the people that attended, maybe because I came from a small school that probably had 30 alone just in my senior class. This is the first one I have ever attended so it was interesting to see everyone together again. I swear I only seen Justin 4 times the whole night, if he ever made the comment "Just going to the bathroom, I knew I wasn't going to see him for a while :).

I cant tell you how many people wanted to meet me because I was "Justin Fagering's Wife" I must have had 6 girls say that Justin was there high school crush lol. It was funny and left me speechless lol. Over all it was such a fun night, Justin still hangs out with all his close friends from school. Mine I think is next year and I cant believe it!!!!! Man we are getting old!!!!!!!

Bicycle Adventure

OK so Justin has been on this bicycle kick since the beginning of summer, its all he has talked about!!! LITERALLY! One day we were out looking at bikes and go figure we left buying two of them LOL. After that day he was already looking for a bike trailer for Carson, after a couple days of looking I come home to one in our living room. I have never seen Justin so excited all I could do was laugh. This was Carson's first bike adventure, we weren't sure how he would take it but he ended up loving it. He looked so cute in his helmet, he looked like such a big boy.

Justin did feel the after math of having extra weight tagged on to his bike, hahahaha it was great!! Justin thought he was soooo cool :)

Last night I made a promise to myself that I will keep up with this website, so here I am. I know I have missed alot of things we have done but I just figure I will start off new.

This summer has been a hot one, I feel honored to be apart of the hottest days in Washington, even my cousins in Ohio called me to tell me that our state was on the news :) I have been trying to keep Carson cool and in some sort of water. We have taken him to the pool, parks our parents house for some sprinkler action lol. Here are a couple cute pictures that I took of Carson and Mia.

Soooo.. I know once again I am way behind, there has been so much stuff going on and I have tons of pictures to post. In the last month or so we have gone to Ohio, those pics will come soon. Anyways while we were in Ohio Carson found a new love.. the swing!!!!!!!!! All he did was laugh and laugh and laugh and want more... I hope one day when we buy a house we can get one. Carson is surrounded by so many little girl babies, he has it made. This little girls name is Hailey and she is our friend Jonathan and Molly's little girl. I believe she is about 9-10 months now. It was my good friends Stacie's birthday and we all ended up going to ram. yyuummmyyyy

Its so fun to watch Carson with kids his age, he is now at the age where he knows to be gentle, he LOVES giving hugs and kisses. The whole time we were here he kept helping her up, giving her hugs, and of course kisses. He was in the process of helping her up... Hi Hailey

Carson saying hellooo...... So... time has passed and yes I am very lazy when it comes to our family blog. Here I am... :)

So there has been so much busy stuff going on, time for an update. Carson is now almost 18 months. Goes in for his 18 month check up on April 3rd. They will then tell me how big Carson really is. lol He is so much fun, BUT, he is getting into the whole throwing himself on the floor if he does not get what he wants. OH MAN!! He does amaze Justin and I everyday. It's almost sad to see him so big, I wonder where the time has gone.

So Carson has a new favorite hobby he loves seeing birds, ducks and any kind of animal you can imagine. He can imitate a bird and dog quite well, he is so funny. Taking him to the park seemed like a wonderful idea, which it was. All he did was follow them around flapping his arms. I gave him some bread thinking he would throw it, but all he did was keep it in his hands, which in turn gave him a pretty big crowd of ducks around him, which made me nervous. I acutally think he started to eat the bread. Anyways I went with one of my good friends Sascha and our friend Britt, who is due to deliver any day and her son Greggory. It was alot of fun, but leaving the park was another adventure. I think Carson screamed all the way home. WONDERFUL!! Sascha and I, it was quite cold this day,but the sun was out. lol

Sorry I have been so lazy, I have been telling myself I need to update the blog but never end up doing it.

I took Carson over to play with little Mia, they are so cute together! Its so cute to see the new things they do when they are around each other. Mia is 4 months older than Carson but as you can tell they are the same size. lol. So does that mean my kid is big?

Its so cool to think that Carson and Mia will grow up together. Yeah I think they will be husband and wife one day :) All they did was jump on the bed and laugh and spin around in circles until they were dizzy.

My sister-in-law Shasta had Devin Jacob Colon on Saturday January 10Th, 2009. He weight 8 pounds 2 ounces, 21 inches long. :)

I cant begin to explain how excited we are, its so crazy how fast time flies. It feels like Shasta was here yesterday for our wedding and was barley pregnant and now we have a wonderful new nephew. I feel like a crazy women making them send me pictures every 2 minutes lol. Its sad though that they live so far away. I wish we were all closer to watch our kids grow together, maybe one day. For now occational visits and pictures will have to do. I love my two newphews, and cant wait to squeeze them both.

Christmas day was crazy, even though we only went to two places after our house it seemed like forever.

We started our day at home opening the presents under the tree. At first Carson was all about it, ripping off the bows, shaking the boxes and playing with the toys still in the box lol. After awhile it was me opening his present because he was running around screaming. As you can tell I didn't put any of our house pictures up (that is for good reason lol)

Our 1st stop was my mom and dad (Grandma and Grandpa Colon) When we got there my mom was cooking too much food, by the time we left there I felt like a whale. Carson once again wasn't too interested in opening presents. He ended up getting lots of toys and clothes. My favorite was the telephone that he got, every time he is at my parents he runs to their phone and turns the speaker phone on and plays with all the buttons. They thought it would be a great thing to get one for just Carson and he loved it.

Christmas Eve With The Fagerings....

Christmas Eve was spent with the Fagering family, we had so much fun. This year it was at Jay and Erika's house.

Wow, when the news said it was going to snow who knew it would to the extend that it did!!! It was awesome, We haven't seen this much in years. I hate driving, but LOVE playing in it. After being stuck in the house for about a day in a half we made our way over to grandma's house. Jen came home for Christmas and we were excited to see her. It was an quite the journey, but it was worth it.

Carson loved the snow, all he wanted was to get down and walk, it was pretty funny because the whole time all he wanted to do was go down the hill. YIKES!!! I took so many pictures that it was hard to choose which ones to post.

It was such a fun day... here is Justin going down the hill, Sue and Ken have the best hill ever....

Dear Santa.....

So.. this was interesting...This was our second attempt for Carson to see Santa. Our first attempt was on a Saturday. The lines were out of control, we were probably in a line that would have taken us 2 hours to get to the front. As we were waiting Carson was getting a little impatient, so we would take turns holding him and letting him walk around.

All of a sudden I seen Justin's face and it looked like he had spit up. Come to find out Carson had peed all down the side of Justin's shirt, pant and was dripping on his shoes!. I sat there in shock all I could do was laugh. So that was that, we ended up going home and we decided that maybe a week day would be better.

Grandma Sue and I took him that Monday. We had just gotten back from going to Seattle for his photo shoot and filling out paper work. When we got to the mall, there was NO people so we were very happy. When it was our turn to walk up to Santa, Carson seemed OK. The tables turned as soon as we put him on Santa's lap. He was pleading for help like we were leaving him.

I can't remember how many pictures they took but it was a few they even tried sitting Carson by himself in the chair and Santa standing behind him. No go!!!!

This was the best one out of all of them, and WE love it. Very classic, something to look back on and laugh.

Baby Carson Placed 2nd Place in the baby battle contest.. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????

Carson was full of excitement as you can tell... He couldn't believe it just like the rest of us. lol

After waiting about 45 minutes after they were suppose to announce the winners, Grandma Sue and I were going crazy. The suspense was nuts and the worse part is I had no one to talk to in person. Carson was taking his 3:30 nap and Justin was not home yet from work. All I did was pace, pace, and refresh the page about 100 times.

Finally the winners were announced.... I WAS SHOCKED.... I didn't know what to do with myself. I was thinking.... "Do I scream?" "No wait, Do I get a pillow and scream into that?" "Do I or should I wake Carson in all the excitement?? " What I really wanted to do was jump off our back balcony.. hahaha

I was thinking does that really say 2ND place above his picture. Out of all the 900+ babies, Do we really know that many people to vote??

Justin and I want to say THANK YOU for everyone taking the time to vote for Carson, not only that but spreading the word for strangers to vote. We are so overwhelmed with excitement. We still don't feel this is real, whether it was third or first, we did not care. It was the fact that out of all those babies Carson made it and won!!!!!

Now Carson has to go do a photo shoot with the rest of the winners.... woohoo

Baby Battle Fun

Can you believe that out of 900 babies, Carson made it all the way to top 50?? Every time they show the next round babies, I get really nervous and anxious. I really want to thank everyone who has voted for him these last couple weeks. Without you guys he would have never made it threw the first round.

Now its down to top 50, out of that they will choose the top 3 winners.
1st place gets 1500
2ND place gets 1000
3rd place gets 500

Either way even if Carson got 3rd place I would still be so happy. Who would have thought we knew so many people lol.

Play Date With Daddy's Hat

The other night, Carson got a hold of Justin's favorite Nike hat and it was all over from there. First I just put it on his head and he would just rip it off, I began noticed he got more and more excited. He would run over to me hand me the hat and pat his head, showing me to put it back on. He would stand in front of me almost tap dancing in excitement, breathing hard almost snorting. So I amused him and kept placing the hat on his head.

The more I did it the more he started running around with the hat over his eyes screaming. I couldn't stop laughing which made him laugh harder. I thought for sure an accident was waiting to happen because he was running around with the hat pulled over his eyes, but to my surprise it was like to knew.

So .......I have to share some bath time pictures, because he is so cute. Carson LOVES bath time, unless he is really tired. I usually put him outside the tub until I start to run the water, he gets so excited. As much fun as it is for me to watch him its starting to become quite the clean up! Before it was just him sitting and playing, but now it's sitting SPLASHING, and running in the tub, oh and did I mention throwing toys??

We got him these foam alphabet things for the tub and he loves tearing them from the walls and eating them (go figure). We put a C on his head and he just laughed and laughed and laughed.

Meeting Baby Kortney

Last weekend Justin and I took Carson to Tyler and Katie's to meet baby Kortney. She was so cute and little. I couldn't remember Carson being that small, but then again he was a big baby. It was almost like I forgot how to hold her, we are so use to just tossing Carson around. I could not get enough of her, it made me realize just how fast time goes. We cant wait to see her again :)

Carson and his friend Mia took Halloween pictures together this year. They have grown up together since they were new in the crib. Its so nice to have someones Carson's age to play with, and now they are both walking its so much fun to watch them together. Mia gives Carson hugs and kisses and Carson gives her hard pats on the head lol.

I am finally close to being up to date with this :) I must say Carson was so stinking cute in his costume this year. He did get alot of use, we ended up taking him to so many different events. He had so much fun with other kids. I have mixed and matched from Halloween night and others.

Pumpkin Patch Time

We took Carson to a pumpkin patch out in Orting. We had alot of fun, Carson couldn't get enough of the pumpkins. I think he was more interested in trying to follow every single family that passed him. To be honest, this was the first pumpkin patch I have ever gone to. Here are a few pictures that I took, if I were to post all of them it would be too many. I was a little Camera happy!!!!

I think I loved sitting on this cow more than Justin and Carson.

Justin tried so hard to get Carson to hold a pumpkin for pictures but all he wanted to do was put the stem in his mouth, this was the only good one we got :)

Hello, Sorry for all the blogs at once, I am trying to catch things up to current since the wedding. This was Carson's 2nd Birthday Bash. Let me tell you he is one lucky child :) His birthday was alot of fun, friends and family came with their little ones, it was on big baby fest. Carson was a little grumpy this day due to no nap, but he was a trooper and made it till the last person left.

I was really expecting him to go face first in the cake but to be honest he really wasnt having it. He took a couple bites then wanted out. So mom to the rescue but before I did that I made sure he had a couple pieces of cake on his face :)

Thank you for everyone that came to celebrate with us. This day was a very emotion day for me, its hard to see your child grow so fast before your eyes. I love him and want him to stay little forever. Enjoy the pictures

Carsons Korean 1st Birthday Bash

Lucky Carson, Its a Korean tradition to have a separate birthday full of Korean food. Carson at first hated his outfit, to me he looked like a sumo wrestler, he didn't have a lot of room to move, but as the night went on he grew fond of his outfit. My mom made these Korean rice cakes that Carson ended up loving. Personally I never liked them growing up, but as you can see Carson scarfed these down throughout the day.

Carson made out like a king, under his out fit he had on a money pouch which in Korea you are suppose to give money for good luck. He ended up with about $795!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I be one again? Holly cow... it was amazing.. over all he had tons of fun, too bad he had no idea what was going on

Its so hard to believe our baby is one. Where did the time go? I still remember being in the hospital then 43 hours later I was holding this amazing human being. He is such a little man now, We love watching him grow.

On August 16, 2008 at 4:00P.M we officially became Mr. and Mrs. Fagering. It was a day I will never forget. We got married at Trophy Lake Golf and Casting out in Port Orchard, WA. It was the greatest feeling to be standing up there holding my best friends hand saying "I DO" I must say though the tears were out of control, I couldnt contain myself. I would have to say that this day was the hottest day ever, and I think by the end of the ceromony everyone wanted to rip their clothes off. This day was full of excitement and surprises, it was a party, everyone was partying/ dancing till we got kicked out. It was more than I could have ever asked for. I can still close my eyes and replay everything step by step. By the end of the night people were coming up to us thanking us for having the funnest wedding all year. Woohoo we did it.
